My screen says, "Scanner not Detected." What do I do?

Your scanner must be plugged in prior to clicking on the “Remote Scan” button. Otherwise, your scanner will not be detected. If you have done this and your NES software is still not detecting your scanner, unplug it and start over or plug you scanner into a different USB port.
