Appointment Cancellation Policy

We understand that life is full of unplanned activities that disrupt our schedule. Should you need to cancel your appointment, please contact [email protected]. Our support team will send you a link to re-schedule your appointment. 

Please make sure to contact us before 24 hours of your appointment if you need to re-schedule your appointment.

If you don't contact our customer service [email protected] or your practitioner and are a no-show, your appointment will be marked as "missed" and you might have to purchase an extra appointment in order to re-schedule.
