I’m having trouble logging in to ShareFile. Any suggestions?

If you are having trouble logging in to ShareFile, please see the suggestions below:

  • Make sure you have set up your account using your email address (the one on file with Myers Detox) and your password.
  • You may want to try a different internet browser. For example, if you are using Google Chrome, try Firefox or Safari.
  • Clear your browser's cache and reload the ShareFile page.
