I’m having trouble logging in with Share File. Any suggestions?

If you are having trouble logging into Share File, please check to see if any of these solve the issue:

  • Make sure you have set up your account using your email address (the one on file with Myers Detox) and password (chosen by you).
  • Try a different Internet browser. For example, if you are operating on Google Chrome, try Firefox or Safari.
  • Clear the cache for your browser and reload the Share File page.
  • If none of this works, contact us at support@myersdetox.com
