My package arrived and the cold pack isn't frozen. Is the product okay?

Yes, the product is fine.  Heat sensitive items can be exposed to high temperatures over short periods of time without harm to the product.  Cold packs are included with the packaging to keep the product at room temperature during transit.

International orders should avoid purchasing refrigerated items.
