What do I collect my urine in?

Any clean container will do, as long as it's not metal. 

The lab is testing for minerals, not bacteria, so it does not require a sterile collection container. 

A plastic jug works great. When determining what size to use, keep in mind, it is 12 hours of urination. If you do your test during the night hours, it will be less than during day hours.
