How do I re-schedule an appointment?

We understand that life is full of unplanned activities that disrupt our schedule. Should you need to cancel your appointment, please contact Our support team will send you a link to re-schedule your appointment. 

Please make sure to contact us before 24 hours of your appointment if you need to re-schedule your appointment.

If you don't contact our customer service or your practitioner and are a no-show, any cancellation made after that time will be charged the full amount of the session with no refunds. If you are a no-show, you will also be charged for 100% of your service.
