How do I send a scan to a practitioner with a miHealth device?

BioSync Software

The BioSync software is used for updating NES miHealth devices by either practitioners or clients at home. The BioSync software also allows clients to remote scan from home.

In order for clients to remote scan at home, they will need a NES miHealth device. This can be purchased from the NES Health Portal. 

You will need the BioSync software to send a scan. Please select one of the following according to your operating system to begin downloading BioSync software:

Windows/PC

Mac OS

After the download is complete, double click on the downloaded file and follow the on-screen installation instructions.

Be sure to have the MiHealth charged, turn on the miHealth device, connect it, then begin:

1. Once BioSync is installed, plug the MiHealth in to a USB port in your computer.
2. Log in to Biosync software with your NES portal credentials (email and password)

3. Select “Scan”
4.Your MiHealth device should go into scanning mode. The screen will change away from the normal screen. Once the screen has changed into scanning mode, put the electrodes (pictured below) on the palm of your hand like so:

In order to grab the MiHealth device with one hand and use your other hand to click on "start scan" grab the MiHealth like so:

5. Click the button 'start scan' that appears on the screen of your BioSync software in your computer.

6. Once completed, select 'send scan to practitioner'.

• Once this process has been completed you can unplug the USB cable from the computer and continue to use your MiHealth as normal.
• If you have a physical impediment or disability that doesn’t allow you to scan the palm of your hand, you can put the electrodes against your forearm, arm, belly or any other area of the body except the heart area.
