How do I perform a NES scan on my pet?

You already downloaded NES Desktop Scanner Software, right? If not, please see here for instructions.

 

1. Plug your scanner in to a USB port (if you receive a message saying 'scanner not detected', see here for troubleshooting).

2. Open BioSync and select 'Remote Scan'.

3. Fill out the email and password fields.

3a. The username for your pet's account is: youremailaddress#fido

3b. So, for example, if your email is [e-mail], then your pet's username will be: [e-mail]#fido 

3c. This will allow you to receive email notifications from NES for your pet's account, but it will keep your pet's account and your own account separate.

3d. Your default password is myersdetox 

4. When the device is detected by your computer, place the scanner against the animal's body. Locations with less fur, such as the belly, are ideal. Move the scanner to different locations until the software shows 'Body Field Detected'. 

5. Once completed, select 'Send Scan to Practitioner'.

 

6. Your practitioner will immediately receive an email notifying them that your scan has been completed.

 

Your health coach will email you infoceutical recommendations and an invoice after your consultation so you can start your pet's program.
